This short term rental is located on the hillside in Alta Vista and is a charming Spanish Style Condo with breathtaking views overlooking the town (Old Vallarta, Romantic Zone) and Los Muertos Beach. This area is very safe and full of hidden delights in the most diverse area of Puerto Vallarta. This home is elegantly furnished, tastefully decorated with all the amenities and accommodations that will make your vacation relaxing and unforgettable. This condo has 2 lovely bedrooms, 2 baths, and its own laundry room (washer & dryer). There are new mini-split air conditioners in both bedrooms and fans in all rooms and covered veranda.

The large Master suite has a fantastic view onto the extra large veranda and a king size bed, the second bedroom has one twin size bed & one single bed to accommodate a total of 5 in your party. The Main Bedroom is beautifully furnished with large closet spaces, a sitting area with sofa and chair and door leading to the huge veranda + large windows overlooking the city. It also has T.V., separate bathroom and closets and overhead fans. The second bedroom has one twin and one single bed, new mini-split air conditioners, overhead fan and TV, also a door leading to the veranda.

The beautifully appointed living room has sofa and chairs, T.V. stereo and next to the dining room for six or eight. The Full Kitchen has everything you need, 4 burner gas stove, micro wave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and all cooking utensils. This one level vacation home has a very large and spacious covered veranda with two separate areas that are covered, one off the living room and a separate one under a Palapa roof with table with 8 chairs, two hammocks so you can have a snooze or just be sipping on a cool drink admiring the ocean and city view, or you can sit in the large Jacuzzi and soothe your body and admire the view. This condo Includes Wireless Internet, Cable TV in all three rooms, a covered parking space + a Beautiful Pool and Deck area below, The large pool area below includes a swim up bar, many tables and another bar area, it also has showers and bathrooms.
